REGISTRATION FOR ALL CLASSES IS REQUIRED AT LEAST THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO CLASS. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR PRE-COURSE WORK AND TO CANCEL SHOULD THE CLASS NOT MEET THE THREE STUDENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. ALL CLASSES ARE GENERALLY SUBJECT TO A 3 STUDENT MINIMUM AND AN 8-10 STUDENT MAXIMUM.

YOUR WELCOME PACKET WILL BE SENT TO YOU ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATION FEE AND THESE SIGNED DOCUMENTS; ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
